7 lb. Light Malt Extract
1 lb. Light Dry Malt Extract
1 lb. Wheat Dry Mat Extract
½ lb. Munich Malt
½ lb. Crystal Malt 40L
¼ lb. Belgian Caramunich Malt
¼ lb. Peated Malt
1 oz. Northern Brewer (60 min)
½ oz. Kent Goldings (15 min)
WYeast 1728 Scottish Ale
